The cooperation program between HIT and Karelia University of Applied Science will be launched in the spring of 2015, the advantage of which is mutual credit recognition and free tuition. The program with Finland fills gap in the international exchange and cooperation with North European area. Concerning the high-quality higher education in North European area and financial support for international exchange students by government, North Europe has become the important cooperation area among domestic universities.
